Hi, fashionistas! I’m Jordan Landes-Brenman, with Haute House PR. And today, we’re at my showroom in Los Angeles, and I’m going to be talking about how to tell an authentic Chanel jacket. One of the very first things you need, in my opinion, is a magnifying glass just so you can see everything close up. So, the number one tip of what to look for is to examine the buttons on the outside of the jacket. There should be an interlocking CC logo, and there should be several of them on each button. The second step is to look on the inside lining of the jacket, and look also for the interlocking Cs – these should be throughout the lining. The third step is to count the number of silk panels. So, you’ll see where the little seam goes here, and then also the seam on the back goes. And, count them all the way around, and they should be even. This allows for easy tailoring, and shows the quality and workmanship of your Chanel jacket. So, that’s how you tell an authentic Chanel jacket. Thanks so much for joining us!
