Hi, bun burners, I’m Jordan Landes-Brenman with Haute House PR. And today, I’m at my Los Angeles showroom and I am going to show you how to dress hot for the gym. So, one of the first things you need is a great sports bra. I like ones in fun prints because they add a little personal style and flavor to what would be a boring workout routine. Then, I add a fun pop of color, a tank or a tee or an off shoulder tee is great to pair with your leggings. Leggings are one of the most important things; I love ones that has seams along the back because they really accentuate your legs, make you feel more muscular than you already are and it’s kind of an incentive for when you’re working out. You also can wear this great support tops that have built in sports bras. You can also add padding to them; they have little slits in the sides, so these are great and very versatile. You also can wear little booty shorts which are great on a really hot day and kind of keep everything in place and make you look amazing. Also, another great thing that I love that makes my workout really fun is customizing my own sneakers. I know it sounds silly but, the worst thing is to have shoes that don’t match anything. and so, I got these great pair and I was able to put my nickname J Love on the back of them and also pick the colors and alternate them in whichever way I want it. So, this is a really fun thing and it’s a great gift. Also, you can pair everything with a little hoodie for after workout so you don’t get the chills and this is a great way to kind of tie everything together and tie in the color scheme that you are using that day.
